Call for Paper for 23rd International Drying Symposium (IDS 2024)

The 23rd International Drying Symposium (IDS 2024), which will be organized by the School of Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University, will be held at the World hotel Grand Juna Hotel in Wuxi, China during November 22-25, 2024. IDS 2024 will continue the tradition of the IDS series, founded by Prof. Arun Mujumdar since 1978, as being a global forum for the dissemination and exchange of the most cutting edge and comprehensive findings and information related to the study, advancement and use of drying/dewatering science and technology. Leading scientists and engineers from academia and industry from all over the world will be gathered at the Symposium.
Award program will also be a part of this important event for the world drying community.

February 15, 2024: Deadline for abstract submission
March 31, 2024: Notification of abstract acceptance
